Presentation Requirements

The following will ensure a smooth presentation at your event. Please acknowledge that the following items will be available.

Projector/screen (sound included in the presentation)

Computer hook-up for a Dell Computer.

Patricia prefers a wireless lapel handheld microphone.

If a technical rehearsal is required, please let us know the time and place.

Stage/speaking area (Patricia does not use or require a podium. Please arrange to have it removed/moved off to the side prior to her presentation.

Please acknowledge the following important notes.

We will send you a biography and head shot under separate cover. Please let us know if you require any further information or items (i.e. flyers, professional vita, etc.).

We will send you a suggested introduction under separate cover. If you need more information for an introduction, let us know.

Patricia travels with a Dell computer. She will have her own remote. If you prefer to load Patricia's presentation(s) on another computer or system, please inform us prior to the event. Any persentation(s) loaded onto other systems are for use only during Patricia's presentation and must be removed upon completion of her presentation(s).

Patricia is available to do a book-signing for the event. If you’re interested in hosting one, let us know. With enough notice, we can arrange for copies of her book, Closing the Loop, to be sent to you prior to the event.

Patricia, is happy to participate in banquets, social events, etc as long as they fit in her schedule.

Patricia’s materials can not be reproduced without her express written permission. Unauthorized duplication of materials, videos, or audio recordings will constitute a violation of trademarked/copyrighted property.
